Your Right to Change Your Mind

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to change your mind and request a refund, as long as the products remain unused and unopened in their original packaging. This is your statutory right under consumer protection law.

Important exceptions: You cannot return e-liquids if the seal has been broken or the liquid has been used. Coils and tanks cannot be returned if they’ve come into contact with e-liquid, or if they show signs of use. However, all products can be exchanged or refunded if they’re faulty within this period.

If you decide to return items, you must send them back to us at the address above at your own cost (unless the items are faulty). All returned goods must be in their original packaging and in the condition they were received. Use a recorded delivery service and ensure the package is fully insured for the full value of the goods.

We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving your returned items, provided they meet the conditions above. If returned items show signs of damage caused by poor handling or misuse, we may not be able to process a refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you must contact us within 5 working days of delivery. Please don’t dispose of the item or open it further, as we may need to inspect it or request photos.

For faulty devices, we offer a 30-day guarantee. For faulty coils and tanks, we’ll provide a replacement or refund within 15 days of purchase, as long as the product hasn’t been used or damaged by contact with e-liquid.

Once we’ve assessed the faulty item, we’ll either replace it or issue a full refund at our discretion. If the item was damaged in transit due to poor packaging by us, we’ll cover the return postage cost.

Delivery and Postage

All our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class postage. Standard delivery takes 2-5 working days from the date we dispatch your order. We’ll send you a tracking number so you can monitor your package. Delivery costs are shown on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

We’re not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances beyond our control. If your parcel is significantly delayed, we’ll update you as soon as we’re aware of any issues. If nobody is home when your package arrives, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to collect it from your local delivery office.

Payment

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. Payment is required at the time of placing your order. Your payment information is processed securely, and we don’t store full card details on our website.

All prices on our website include VAT at the current rate. If VAT rates change after you’ve placed your order but before we’ve dispatched it, we’ll adjust the price accordingly and let you know.

If we discover a pricing error on our website, we’ll contact you to confirm that you want to proceed at the correct price before accepting your order. We reserve the right to refuse orders placed at incorrectly listed prices.

Cancelling Your Order
